I have two big turtles and theirs names are Tor y Tuga.They are turtles that live out of water and are always together in the garden.One day in winter was very cold and we got the turtles into the house and we couldn`t sleep because they hit hard with shells noisily,then someone explained me that it was because they were so in love.

ReplyDeleteWithin my collection of insects for the subject of entomology, I presented a stick insect (Phasmida) of India that I had received in the zoo. This insect was much like a crab for size and appearance.
ReplyDeleteOn the other hand, I was at a crocodile farm in Cuba. These reptiles were fed with fish from the mangrove. Moreover, I took a picture with a small crocodile in the shoulders. Funny experience!!
I have always admired the ability of awe that has wildlife. I like to walk among the trees, see a squirrel biting a pineapple, see a sunset and enjoy with the landscape. By the way, today is the International Day of forests. Congratulations to all and this natural heritage must be preserved.
The last year when I was spending my honeymoon with my husband in Thailand, we saw the biggest lizard that never we seen. When we were thinking to pass our honeymoon there, we were afraid about the stranges animals and insects that we could find there, especially my husband. Usually, when there are some insect at home I´m who invite it to go away, he can´t. That day, we were in the hotel´s swimmingpool and we felt the persistent look from something and when we looked, there was, a big lizard looking us!!! And we thought: Can lizards swim???!!!! I had to warn the hotel personal, who found very funny our fear, and he joked about the ability of swim of the lizards. I don´t regret, I never would have waited to find out if the lizards swim or not!!!
ReplyDeleteDuring my stay in Cuba, i could see a strange animal: it was a big rat named "JutÃa". She was raised in captivity, and she was very friendly with tourist. In fact, my wife picked her up and i had a short time to take a photo about this. I just give you a link to see this curious animal:

ReplyDeleteI´m always loved animals especially dogs.When I was a child my mother never let me have one at home, so ,my brother and me had to invent a story, one day that it was raining "cats and dogs" we brought at home a little puppy and told her that the puppy was lost and abandoned,shirering and looking us with sad eyes....( the true story: it was a puppy from a dog of some friends)At the end we managed to convince our mother.This dog lived with us for 17 years!
