  1. What do you think about public transport? We have been speaking about this, specially about bicycle.I think there aren't bicycle culture in Spain, so we must change this situation because it's less polluting than other public transports. The worst problem is there aren't bike lane around all cities. Sometimes, there are a lot of distance between two sites, too. But I will try to ride on bike more times, you could try with mee.

  2. Hello everybody!

I have some ideas to improve the public transport of Madrid, especially for buses and underground. I think it’s important to have a pleasant journey so I propose switch de radio on with light music. Moreover, it’s really necessary put dustbin inside vehicles, in this way people maybe don’t throw papers on the ground. Finally, I think all the passengers must have a good predisposition and try to be kind and smile a little bit.
    See you later.

  3. In relation to Susana's comment I think that riding by bike is very dangerous in Madrid because there aren't enough cycling lanes and streets are full of people enough. But if someone put bikes station on some places, for example,Ciudad Universitaria or places that are near of parks, the people of Madrid would use bikes more times, because cycling is very fun and healthy for you.

  4. I think that there are some measures about how we could improve the transport in Madrid, especially for taxis. For example, these cars could circulate with sustainable energy to not cause pollution in the atmosphere. Moreover, it could increase the number of taxis with adaptions for people with disabilities, because can't use other urban transport. Moreover, is important to improve the security in taxis to enjoy a travel without concerns.
Finally,I believe that it should be reduce the price of taxis because there are people who can't afford to pay that money. Bye!!!

  5. Hello mats!
I am going to speak about transport in Madrid.
I think the low level train here is one of the best in the world.
In the same way, the underground is very good and they are improving it according to the city growing.
I have to say that really I never use public transport.
I think the best way to travel in Madrid is by scooter. I love it.
You can go by scooter in 15/20 minutes to whatever point in the city.
In addition you can park always in the place you go.
    The only two problems are:
~ People think riding with the trafic is very dangerous.
~ You have to be equiped properly, specially in winter, because if not you can freeze!
~ The scooter is good to short distances.

    See you in class!

  6. Hi!! These are the ideas in my group (Patricia, Francisco, Nuria and me) to favour pedestrians. Some ideas are a little bit special in true, but... why not??
    -Music along the streets
    -Less holes in the pavements
-More shop window along the streets
-Gifts in the streets for pedestrians
-Covert streets for rain and sun days
-Less dog poo in the pavements
-Political people must go on foot
    -Free massages for pedestrians
-Discounts on I.R.P.F. for people who don't have a car
-In summer water free for pedestrians

  7. Hi!!
About buses and Madrid`s underground, I think that can be better in different points...
    - Public transports should be more cheap for students (independently of the age) and unemployed people because they have less money and resources.
    - I think is important that buses have more segurity, specially at night during all the toute. Some routes need security personnel because it go to dangerous and unsafe neighborhoods.
    - It`s necessary best clean service on the underground because some stations are sometimes dirty.
    - Finally, on holiday, it can have more services and close later.

see you in class!! Ana Domínguez Barahona

    Hi,
I thought in the last class in one idea to improve the usual method to move by car.
    - Make a group of 3 to 5 persons (7 in case of to have a van) in a website which include a timetable with hours and minutes of departures, and destinations. The users can to put on a puntuation their opinion with the service.

It is a cheaper and more ecological practice than we are used to do.

    Some ideas about transports

    Hi,

To talk about the transports I want to talk about differences of transports in the world and some changes made in the forms of transportation.

Transports modes in the world are formed by buses, trains, planes, undergrounds, cars, boats, ferries, taxis, motorcycles, tricycles, etc.

But for historical, political and economic reasons there are many differences between the countries of “First and Third world”. In “Third World” countries the public transportation usually is less developed and the capacity and quality of transport structure are insufficient to meet the demands of the population. In many of these countries the forms of public transportation more used are the private modes us cars, buses, taxis, bikes, tricycles, and in rural areas animals us horses, llamas, and human powered transport.

For environmental reasons in the last decades most sensitive to pollution and environmental regulations have reduced individual vehicles emissions and have increased transport electrification and transports with energy efficient but some of these new an efficient forms of transports cause many problems in important issues us the increased food prices and deforestation in many areas.

Hello class!! On the subject of trams moving through the center of madrid madrid I think is very well connected with the underground especially in the center and on the other hand there are many people who still prefer to take the car and around downtown over the entire Weekend comfort perhaps trams should probably move around the city that there are no good or good communication conexón public transport.
