  2. when i was young, about 21 years old, i went to Malaga in the south of Spain for holidays. Two friends went along with me. when we arrived at the hostal, we was very disappointed because we checked the elevator was broken down, and of course we had to carry the luggages to the fourth floor, when it was located our hostal. Then when we got the rooms, one of my friends look around into his room, and he didn't belive that he was seeing: a long line of ants crawling up the wall, because somebody "forgot" a piece of sausage hide away on a joist...

  3. My worst experience was in a hostel in Barcelona four summers ago. I don’t remember the name of the hostel, but it’s quite close to “La rambla” and it’s maybe the most cheaply hostel in Barcelona. The bathroom was dirty and the bed (where I slept) had fleas, and many guests were junkie. I stayed there only one night but It´s was really disgusting.

  4. When I was 18 years old, I went to Prague with my friends. The hostel was in a dangerous zone and going out in the evening was afraid. The rooms weren't terrible, but there were strange people. Fortunately we were ok, but there were a lot of theft in the hostel. Now, if I think in this trip, I remember the beautiful city, the fun company but, also, the terrifying stay in the hostel.

  7. My worst experience was in Florence. It was when I was 17 years old, my schoolmates and me went to Italy during one week. Every tour were fantastic but when we arrived to Florence, the hotel was appalling, although the receptionist have said us that this hotel was the best in Florence, but that was false. Fortunately we could change the hotel and we passed a nice trip

  9. Hi! .I´ve had several surprises with hotels, but the worst experience was in London, four years ago. We had chosen a small hotel near Hyde Park, quiet and well communicated.......or at least , we though that when we saw it in internet, but the reality was other, our room was in a four floor without elevator, the stair was so narrow that it was almost impossible to climb the suitcases. Our "minuscule" room had a carpet that it was impossible to know what the colour was.Never, in my life, I have seen a bath so narrow and small, you had to have the door open to be able to breath....but the "best of all" was the window: !!!it was impossible to open it!!! and all this "luxury room" for only 150 Euros per night !!! . It is a bargain, isn´t it ?. if you are interested in it , I´ll give you the address the next Tuesday.....

My worst experience was when I was in a camping when I was 14. I went with my family to spend a weekend in the mountains.
We slept in a tent. At night it was terrible because I heard animal noises everywhere and could not sleep, and the bathrooms were shared, and were quite dirty. But nowadays I love going to the camping with my friends because we enjoyed.

  11. Maybe, my worst experience was in Canary Islands four years ago. I had gone for ten days and, in the last of them, somebody went into my hotel room and stole my mobile phone and my new iPod touch.
It was a really bad experience after nine beach and party days.

  12. My worst experience in a hostel was this summer. This summer I visited a friend in a pretty village, Newquay on England.I didn't want to be in my friend's house because I wanted to use the time talking to people in English. So look for a hostel and found one that looked nice. The other hotels were very expensive so I decided to stay at that.I was surprised when I saw the room, we were four person in a small room and worst was that the other girls had their beds like a pigsty.
It was a really amazing trip but I had a hard time understanding how people could live in such filth.

  14. Actually I haven't had any problem in hotels. Maybe the worst experience was in Italy whe i went to Venice whit my classmates. They had said the hotel had four stars but really it had small rooms and semlled rare and we felt disappointed with that. However this wasn't a problem because we were having a good trip and finally the Venice hotel only was an anecdote.

  15. I haven't had any problems in hotels like Aníbal. But my worst experience on holidays was in Lloret de Mar five years ago.
I went with my friens to a camping. Everything was perfect, but one night was awful.
I was sleeping with two friends in our tent when it started to rain cats an dogs. So the roof of the tent filled of water and the tent could break down. We had to take turns to pick up the roof of the tent, and can sleep the rest of the night.

My friends and me went a Cordoba. The name of the Hotel is Sense and colours. The hotel was horrible, everything was old, the bathroom wasn´t clean and the watchman was a strange person.
Despite this the trip was a fun and a good experience, but I never go back this hotel.

  18. My worst experience was in Scothland when I was 18 years old. I went to Scotland with three friends and a camping tent. We traveled to many cities, to the Highlands and Sky Islands.
Here we decided to go through one of the islands where there wasn't road. We were almost a full day walking, we slept in a village near the sea and the next day we went back to the Highlands.
When we come to a friend's house in the Highlands and we had showered we can saw ticks throughout our bodies. Well, I hadn't! So I had to do nursering and remove all ticks. There were 30 ticks!

  19. Two years ago I went with my friends to the house one of them has in the beach. The house had been alone because my friend's family hadn't gone there for several months. When we arrived, we found a lot of dead cockroaches on the floor. The trip was fine but we didn't have a very nice welcome.

  21. I have never had a really bad experience in a hotel, but I lived a curious experience in the last year when I went to New York. We stayed in a great hotel close the Rockefeller Centre. It was pretty luxurious and besides many others details, there were a note that put "Don´t move the snacks bottle´s or any other articles in the tray.". We don´t understand very well the note and we can´t believe that may have a sensor in the tray!!! When my husband went to smoke, he took one snack bottle to hold the window up, and when we went to pay the room had to admit our mistake and lowering the head. Thanks god, the hotel return the charge.

The last year I went in Punta Cana (Dominican Republic). It was my graduation travel. We were about 50 people. When we arrived at the hotel , the recepcionist when we are doing the check in said us that we had to stay 5 people in the different bedroom and the bedroom only had two beds!
Alot of people had to sleep in couples or in adjustable beds.
This the first day was a problem but the rest of the days we didn´t sleep so much so we had a lot of ninght parties.

My worst experience was in Lloret de Mar. I did not know how awful that place is; I didn´t have much money to spend and I was promised that, though the place was cheap, it was going to be good. You cannot imagine how horrible it is unless you go. The hotel, full of young people drinking and shouting at night, was tacky, very dirty and it served uneatable food. You couldn´t lay at the beach because instead of sand there were rocks everywhere...
